1) Buyer issues ICPO with POF MT-799:
2) Supplier sends POP:
3) After successfully exchange of POF / POP Supplier and Buyer sign Draft Agreement
4) Supplier issues Commercial-Invoice, buyer signs, seals and returns.
5) Buyer opens Irrevocable, Confirmed, Operative DLC MT-700, SBLC Payable 100% at sight through MT-103,
IMP POINTS
LC/DLC/ SBLC should be opened from A-Class USA / EU Bank or confirmed by it, otherwise it will not be acceptable.
